About Kristi

Raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia Kristi understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life at the beach.  Kristi believes that Myrtle Beach with its unmatched beauty, culture, and amazing restaurants is the perfect place to raise a family and has lived in the Carolina Forest area of Myrtle Beach since 2005.

Kristi was educated at The University of South Carolina, receiving a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Real Estate and Management and a cognate minor in Government and Sociology in August of 2004. Kristi furthered her education at Coastal Carolina University obtaining her (MBA) Master’s in Business Administration in May of 2022 with a 4.0 grade point average. Kristi had the honor of being inducted into Betta Gamma Sigma, in April 2022. Beta Gamma Sigma is the international business honor society for AACSB-accredited schools. BGS members go on to serve in critical leadership roles in corporate, entrepreneurial, government, non-profit, and academic sectors. Recently, Kristi received a Jefferson Award for her outstanding servant leadership as a member of the Grand Strand ChangeMakers Class of 2023.

Kristi currently works for Horry Georgetown Technical College as a Program Manager and Conference Center Manager with the Workforce Development division. Kristi has been a proud member of the faculty and staff at HGTC since December 2019.

Kristi has held a South Carolina Real Estate Brokers License since 2005 and is currently a Real Estate Broker Sales Associate with Exit Coastal Real Estate Pro’s. Kristi has been selling Real Estate on the Grand Strand for 15 years.

Kristi also enjoys spending time with and supporting her son; Landon who is attending the University of South Carolina and playing in the Carolina Band. Additionally, Kristi enjoys playing with her three Siamese cats, traveling, spending time with her friends, attending and watching college football games, reading and being on the water during Myrtle Beach summers.
